Primary & Lower Elementary Spanish Guide

Ms. Lelia is a Spanish teacher at MSOR. She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She became a US citizen in 2010, and is so thankful for that opportunity to plant roots. Ms. Lelia believes in the Montessori Method as the educational path for children. Her two sons, Luca and Liam, began their educational journey at the age of 18-months. Ms. Lelia says, “Every three-year cycle is full of achievements and milestones. Seeing my boys thrive and learn in this optimal environment is the best gift and investment for their future. I found a community of fellows educators and parents that over the years became family to us. Half of my life I have been dancing between languages, sometimes making my own. Teaching Spanish to children has filled my heart with much purpose. I look forward to keep contributing to education putting my passion to work for the future generations of our country.”

Favorite quote from Dr. Maria Montessori:

“If taught in the right way, the child reveals wonders, and I assure you that a new world will come from the revelations of the youth of the day, and not from leaders of today.”
